Coverage Terms
NEXPOWER INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED provides a 2-Season Warranty on all products manufactured and sold under the NEXPOWER brand. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice.
Warranty Period Definition
- A "Season" refers to one complete operational period (typically one cooling/working season of approximately 6 months).
- The 2-Season Warranty therefore provides coverage for approximately 12 months from the date of invoice.
- The warranty period is counted from the date shown on the original purchase invoice issued by NEXPOWER INFRA PVT LTD.

What's Included
The warranty covers the following defects and failures when occurring during normal operating conditions:
Covered Under Warranty
- Winding failures due to manufacturing defects in copper wire or insulation quality
- Bearing failures due to manufacturing defects or premature wear under normal use
- Shaft misalignment or dimensional discrepancies from published specifications
- Housing cracks or casting defects not caused by external impact or misuse
- Electrical shorts or open circuits caused by manufacturing process failures
- Capacitor failures (where supplied as part of the product)
- Fan blade balance defects on exhaust fan and tower fan products
- Speed governor failures on applicable products, due to manufacturing defects
Exclusions
The following conditions and circumstances are NOT covered under the warranty:
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage caused by improper installation or use outside published specifications
- Damage from voltage fluctuations, power surges, or reverse polarity connections
- Damage caused by water ingress, flooding, or use in environments beyond rated IP class
- Damage from physical impact, dropping, or mishandling after delivery
- Failures due to overloading beyond rated wattage/amperage
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (brushes, seals, etc.)
- Burnt windings caused by improper wiring, phase imbalance, or single-phasing
- Damage from rodent infestation, pest damage, or corrosive environments
- Products with tampered, altered, or removed serial numbers or labels
- Products repaired or modified by unauthorized service personnel
- Cosmetic defects like paint scratches or surface rust after delivery
- Failures reported after the 2-Season warranty period has expired
Important Note
- Opening, disassembling, or rewinding the motor voids the warranty immediately.
- Warranty claims without a valid invoice from NEXPOWER INFRA PVT LTD will not be processed.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser on record.
How to Raise a Warranty Claim
Our warranty claim process is designed to be fast and hassle-free. Follow these steps:

Contact Us on WhatsApp
Send a message to +91 90154 04168 stating "Warranty Claim" along with your name and invoice number.

Share Proof of Purchase
Send a photo of your original purchase invoice issued by NEXPOWER INFRA PVT LTD. Claims without valid invoices cannot be processed.

Describe and Document the Defect
Share clear photos or a short video of the defective product. Include the product SKU, the problem observed, and how long it has been in use.

Claim Assessment
Our technical team will review your claim within 48 business hours and confirm whether it qualifies under the warranty terms.

Ship the Defective Unit
If approved, ship the defective product to our Faridabad facility. Shipping cost to our facility is the buyer's responsibility; return shipping is borne by NEXPOWER.

Resolution: Repair or Replacement
Upon receipt and physical inspection, NEXPOWER will repair or replace the defective unit at its discretion. Turnaround time is 7–14 business days from receipt.
Terms & Conditions
- This warranty is provided exclusively by NEXPOWER INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, Faridabad, Haryana.
- The warranty period is 2 Seasons (approximately 12 months) from the date of original invoice.
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from NEXPOWER INFRA PVT LTD or its authorized distributors, supported by a valid original invoice.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage from improper use, installation errors, environmental factors, or negligence.
- NEXPOWER reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty after physical inspection of the returned product.
- Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. NEXPOWER shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
- The warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original buyer shown on the invoice.
- Any modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair of the product voids this warranty with immediate effect.
- NEXPOWER reserves the right to update these warranty terms. Current terms are always available at nexpowerinfra.com/warranty.
- In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Faridabad, Haryana, India.
GST on Replacement Units
- Replacement units provided under warranty are supplied free of charge for the unit cost.
- Applicable GST @18% on the declared value may be applicable on warranty replacements as per GST regulations.
- Our team will advise on this during the claims process.
